About me
Rachel Kitt is a community-builder who enjoys creating "inclusive fomo" in the Jewish community, and in the mom community. She received a double BA at the University of Arizona in Judaic Studies and Creative Writing, knowing from an early age that she wanted to be a Jewish communal professional. Rachel has worked at the Jewish Federation of San Diego County, multiple synagogues as a Hebrew School and Sunday school teacher, and Honeymoon Israel, San Diego. Once Rachel became a mom in 2015, she found her calling at a FIT4MOM San Diego fitness class and a year later became an instructor, helping moms get movement in their life, and creating a mom community where everyone felt validated and welcome. After moving back to the Bay Area in 2021, where Rachel was born and raised, she bought FIT4MOM Sunnyvale-Mountain View and now has added entrepreneur to her career. While working full time on the business, she started working at her Hausner Jewish Day School, where her children attend, as the Community Engagement Manager.
